  • Currently serves as the CEO at PVP Ventures.

  • Prior to PVP, he served as the CEO at Medall Diagnostics and previouly partner at Peepul Capital.

  • At Medall Diagnostics, he spearheaded a USD 50 MM book of business.

  • Prior to Medall, he served as the Portfolio Director at Peepul Capital, EVP & CFO at Tube Investments.

  • Has overseen investments worth over USD 500 MM in his career.

  • Holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is a qualified CA.

Gaurav Davda

ED & Head Strategy and M&A

Executive Director & Head – Strategy and M&A

  • Currently serves as Executive Director & Head, Strategy and M&A & at PVP Ventures.

  • Before PVP, he served as Corporate Finance Head at Jindal Worldwide Ltd. ( a USD 1 BN conglomerate based in West India) and as SVP at Anand Rathi Advisors, a leading domestic mid market Investment Bank.

  • He has been involved in cross border M&A transactions amounting to over USD 1.2 BN in his career.

  • Holds an MBA from SPJIMR and a BMS from HR College, Mumbai.

  • Also holds a CAIA degree in Alternative Investments.
