34 acres is being developed with Rainbow Foundations. The project is in an advanced stage and 2000 families are already residents. The company expects the residual sales to generate approximately Rs 1 Billion to PVP in FY 25 and 26
Casa Grande
The Company has entered into a joint development agreement with Casa Grande a reputed mass premium builder in Chennai on 12 acres of its land. The project has already been launched and is expected to generate Rs 6 billion in revenues between FY 25 and FY 28.
Brigade Enterprises
PVP ventures recently entered into a joint development agreement with Brigade Enterprises, a leading premium developer, on 16 acres of land. This project is expected to be launched in FY 26 and is expected to generate Rs 12 billion in revenues Between FY 26 and 30.
